Project: Renzo Tonin Melbourne Office Meeting Room
Location: Gladsone Street, South Melbourne Victoria
Acoustic results
Reverberation time measured by acoustic engineer at Renzo Tonin & Associates before and after installation of panels.
Australian Standard 2107:2000 recommends maximum reverberation time between 0.6 and 0.8 seconds for such spaces.
Before installation:
Reverberation time at key speech frequencies (250-2000 Hz) up to 1.3 seconds
After installation:
Reverberation time at key speech frequencies reduced to 0.4-0.7 seconds
