EVA based noise barrier

Megasorber B is a flexible and thermally mouldable sound barrier. It has a low stiffness which improves the sound transmission loss by effectively blocking noise.

Megasorber B is specifically designed for thermal moulding applications and can be moulded easily to shape with heat. It has low flammability and low smoke emission.

Megasorber B is an environmentally friendly noise barrier. It is made from extruded polymer alloy sheet. All offcuts are 100% recyclable. No wastage is incurred during the manufacture.

Megasorber B is free of PVC plasticisers. This makes it suitable to use with conventional contact adhesives or self-adhesive tapes. Megasorber A100 or A200 adhesive is recommended for best results.

Note

  1. Grey B range is supplied in sheet form and Brown B range is supplied in roll form.
  2. Grey B4 and B6 are standard stock items.  All roll form barrier are non-stock items and made to order.
  3. Grey B3, B5, B8 and B10 are made to order. Minimum order quantity (MOQ) applies.
  4. Brown B range is made to order, and Minimum order quantity (MOQ) applies. 
  5. The grey B range will be rolled up and shipped in roll form when order quantity is less than 15 sheets. For order quantity of 16 sheets and over, the product will be shipped on a pallet in sheet form.
  6. The tolerance is ± 5% for the weight and ± 10% for the width and length.
  7. The surface of the barrier may have some stripy appearance. This will not affect the performance of the product.

Products must be kept in a cool place and off any direct sunlight. Recommended storage temperature 15°C - 25°C.
